some issues overshadowed the stay

small room key card fridge

the room i got wasn't great. it felt quite small, almost like a budget motel room. also, the fridge only worked when the key card was in. housekeeping kept removing the card, so i couldn't keep my food cold. it was quite annoying!!!

ideal location attentive staff awesome breakfast

The location was ideal to explore the city. staff were attentive and friendly. breakfast was fantastic, it included diverse options. i received a complimentary gin upon arrival. It was a very nice touch.

The room wasn't as nice as i expected. It could have been better for the amount i paid.

the hotel features stylish layout, with original artworks throughout. the brick archway added to the cute atmosphere. good free parking was available on the premises, convenient, though the parking was limited to hotel guests.

the staff were professional and friendly. they wrote back immediately with helpful suggestions when i wrote with questions. the accommodation manager was excellent, and the front desk staff were lovely and efficient.

good quality mattress friendly staff professional staff

The welcome upon arrival felt tender. The mattress and pillows were of good quality. I slept WELL!!! I received a complimentary drink upon arrival, that was lovely. The staff was friendly and professional.

The gym was quite small.

central location peaceful terrace beautiful atmosphere small room unhelpful staff basic design

The location was quite central and peaceful. it was a short walk to stephens green. the front terrace provided a beautiful spot to relax. I enjoyed the atmosphere among the trees.

the room seemed smaller than anticipated for the price. it reminded me of a basic travelodge room. also the staff was not particularly helpful.
